Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Ferreira e Zavarise LTDA, Brazilian tax ID (CNPJ) 03.791.492/0001-79, based at Rua Jacobina, 75, Centro — Itamaraju, BA — CEP 45836-000 — Brasil, is the controller of the data described here, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). 2. This policy and each app's policy

This is the company's general policy. The management apps (Pecuária 360, Café 360, Fazenda 360 and Gestão de Fila) have their own, more detailed policies inside each app. The Bible apps follow the Bible apps policy. Where they differ, the app-specific policy prevails.

3. What we collect

• Bible and devotional apps: no sign-up. We collect only anonymous technical usage and crash data (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) and, in the ad-supported version, the device advertising identifier used by ad networks (Google AdMob and partners) with your consent.
• Management apps (Agro 360 and Gestão de Fila): account name, e-mail and photo (Google, Apple or e-mail/password), phone number when you provide it, and the data you enter in the app (farm, herd, records, queue). This data stays on your device with a copy in the cloud (Google Firebase), in your account, to sync across devices and with your team.
• Subscriptions: processed by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your card number.
• This website: anonymous visit statistics (Google Analytics). No forms store personal data.

4. How we use it

To make the app work (login, sync, backup), validate subscriptions, send notifications you enable, provide support, improve the apps and, with your consent, send communications by e-mail or WhatsApp. We do not sell personal data.

5. Who we share it with

Only with the processors needed to operate: Google (Firebase, Play, Analytics, AdMob), Apple (App Store and Sign in with Apple) and AI providers, which receive only the text of your question to the AI advisor, without your account data. Your farm data never leaves Firebase.

6. How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete the account in the app, the data is erased. Tax records of subscriptions are kept for the period required by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data and withdraw consent at any time, in the app or via contato@zavarise.com.br. We reply within 15 days.

8. Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Security

We use Google Firebase services, with encryption in transit and access rules ensuring each person sees only their own data and the farms they were invited to.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Relevant changes are announced inside the apps.
